How do I make the font larger?
Font size can only be adjusted in Advanced Mode. From the Home screen, press Menu > Settings > Display > Font > Font Size > Select Large or Normal.
How many speed dial number can I assign?
You can assign up to 11 speed dial number for 2 through 9 on the keypad and on the three additional Quick keys.
How do I assign contacts to the Quick keys?
Press 1, 2, or 3 > Options > Assign Contact. Select a contact, and then press Options > Assign.
How do I assign contact to Speed Dial?
Press Menu > Address Book > Speed Dial > Select the Empty slot > Add > Select the contact > OK > OK.

How do I lock/unlock the number keys on my phone?
Press Menu/Unlock soft key and then the * button quickly to toggle between lock and unlock.
How do I lock my phone with a password?
First you must be in Advanced Mode. Press Menu > Settings > Security > Phone Lock > Select On or Off. The default password is "1234". You can also change the password in "Change Password" option.
Can I use the breEZe when I'm out of the country?
This phone does support four frequency bands: GSM 850MHz, 900MHz, 1800MHz, or 1900MHz. In the U.S. your device will mostly be using the GSM 850MHz or 1900MHz. Don't worry about switching the frequency band; your device automatically select the best one available in your area. It is recommended that you check with AT&T for international service plan when you are going to use your phone outside the U.S.
Can I use the breEZe with a SIM card from other carrier? If not, how can I get it unlocked?
This phone is originally designed for use with AT&T network. To use a SIM card from other carrier network, please contact AT&T customer care for assistance. You will need to get a code to unlock your phone. Restriction rule may apply. When using other SIM card from other carrier, not all functions are guaranteed to work. Check with your carrier network service for certain settings that need to be changed.
Why does the screen backlight turn off so fast? How can I change the timer?
The default time for the backlight is 10 seconds. When in the breEZe Mode menu, to change the backlight timer, go to Menu > Settings > Backlight Timer. When in the Advanced Mode menu, to change the backlight timer, go to Menu > Settings > Display > Backlight Timer. The longer the time, the more power the phone will consume, so keep it short for a longer lasting battery charge.
Why is my battery drained so fast? What can I do to reduce battery power consumption?
Your battery power is consumed based on your location, usage and what settings you have on your phone.
The farther you are from the receiver station, the more power your phone consumes to keep maintaining a power level to communicate with the station. To conserve battery power when there is no signal, it is recommended that you turn it off.
The more calls you make, the more power is being consumed.
You can also control your phone settings. Turn off Bluetooth when not in use, reduce the display backlight time, and dim the LCD brightness.
Why is my Bluetooth headset not pairing?
Bluetooth technology had different versions in past years as it improves. You may have an older type headset that is not compatible.
How do I pair my breEZe with my Bluetooth headset?
To pair with a Bluetooth headset, first set your Bluetooth headset to discovery mode. Then search for the Bluetooth headset from the breEZe "Advanced Mode".
Go to Menu > Settings > Phone Mode > Change to Advanced Mode > OK.
Now, pair the devices.
Go to Menu > Settings > Connectivity > Bluetooth > Paired Devices > New. If Bluetooth is not ON, it will prompt "Activate Bluetooth?". Answer "Yes" and OK. Search All > Select the Bluetooth headset > Enter Passkey. Most default passkey for the headset is "0000".
How can I receive email on my phone?
Your phone number may already be part of an email address, such as 5621234567@mms.att.net. or 5621234567@txt.att.net. Check with AT&T to see if you have email address for your phone. Another way of getting mail is through Mobile Email. This is email provided through the internet like Yahoo mail, hotmail, etc. You will need to set up your email account and log-in to retrieve your email. Go to Menu > Email & IM > Mobile Email.
What is T9 text mode?
T9 is a predictive text entry. When you are in this mode, you can just spell out the word and the phone will predict the common word you are trying to type. For example, to type the word, "hello" in T9 mode: press 42556. The word shows up on your display.
