Unfortunately, the camera key cannot be disabled on the PN-215 handset through the internal menu.the only way to prevent the camera key from activating is to enable a PHONE LOCK.

If you are not properly receiving Voice Mail or Missed Call notifications, we recommend doing an Over The Air (OTA) update to be certain all of the proper PRL (Preferred Roaming List - updates the list of towers in your area) updates have been applied to your handset. To initiate this process while press the following:

This process will take approximately 30 seconds. Listen and press 1. Once the process has completed you will see a screen that says "Programming Complete" to let you know the process has ended. Normal use of your handset can resume at this point.

When ?Standalone? mode is activated, the antenna icon on the phones screen will be replaced by the word "OFF".

To use one touch dialing, first you must enable one touch dialing on the phone.
